I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, making me feel right at home. However, the oversight in preparing the room for two people without considering our request for an additional child was a bit disappointing. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a very good location with a nice view of the Palm side at the back, overlooking the garden. The service had its ups and downs, from a rude encounter initially to a fun and welcoming atmosphere later. The location had its charms despite some construction work going on. The room itself was a bit outdated, and our pool view wasn't as impressive as we had hoped.
